An incredible day from start to finish, including afternoon tea at House of Lords for “Women Mastering Change” event. A room full of good energy, empowerment and positivity. This statement is true. “If you want to fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

You know those moments/events you experience sometimes and think… Wow – that was special. 🤩

That sums up my afternoon with Bernie Davies DEI Adviser Author Tedx Speaker Coach Mentor and a room full of INCREADIBLE women and fantastic men at the House of Lords today.

When women are brought together to talk about what we have in common (despite other diversity between us) something electric happens. ⚡

I always leave these sort of events asking myself – how do we build on that?

Just attended the 2 day Women Mastering Change 2023 event at Westminster Lancaster Gate & House of Lords and it was truly power packed!
